CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind about your order before we ship your products you may cancel it without any cost implications. Simply email support@mrflag.com or telephone (+44) 1792 650 044 quoting your order reference number. There’s no need to give a reason, but if it’s something we could improve, we’d prefer that you do!
NB: Where a flag is being custom made for you or has been added to the website per your request (i.e. is ‘non-stock’) cancellation must be received before work commences on your order. If we receive your cancellation after work has begun you may be liable for the cost of any work already completed on your behalf.
