FAULTY GOODS

You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all original paperwork that accompanies your item as this will be needed should there be a fault.

In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, please contact our support department support@mrflag.com for advice and procedures.

NB: By their very nature flags are perishable items. All flags degrade over time. Colourfast flags will, eventually, fade. Durable outdoor flags will, eventually, be ripped to shreds by the elements. Even the strongest flag will not survive long being flown during high winds. Wear and tear does not constitute a fault in or failure of the flag.
