RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase*, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and packaging intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Our products may not be returned to us for a refund if they have been photographed or in any other way used.

Flags which have been manufactured specifically for you (e.g national/subnational flags of 270x137cm / 108x54in or larger, and custom flags, regional flags and historic/obsolete flags of all sizes) are NOT covered by our no quibbles guarantee.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

- State your reasons for the return, quoting your order number.

- In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault.

- wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any) with all original accessories and paperwork.
