Distance Selling Regulations

  • a description of the goods or service
  • the price of the goods or service
  • delivery and any cancellation rights
  • information about the seller

These are set out in our terms and conditions, but if you’re buying goods over the phone we may provide the information verbally.

As the seller we must  include a geographical address if payment is taken. You can find this here. When you place an order, we may also send you further information in writing or by email.

If we want to send you substitute goods, because we don’t have the items you wanted in stock, we will contact you to tell you this and outline your options before processing your order.

The cost of returning substitutes should always be at the seller’s expense.
