At MrFlag®, many of our products are made to order and dispatched from our premises in Swansea, Wales.

Production times vary depending on the product and are shown on the relevant product page where applicable.

Once your order has been completed and is ready to leave us, we’ll send you a dispatch confirmation email.

If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we’ll contact you where appropriate.

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

As many products are manufactured to order, please allow the stated production time before dispatch.

We also ship internationally.

If you’re ordering from outside the United Kingdom, please note:

Import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply once your order reaches its destination.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not calculate or collect customs charges at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring imported goods comply with the laws and regulations of their destination country.
International parcels may be inspected by customs authorities, and we cannot guarantee that packaging will arrive without signs of inspection.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

If goods are visibly damaged on arrival, please note the damage with the carrier where possible and notify us within 10 days of delivery.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect address information supplied during checkout.
