MrFlag® brand Traditional Sewn flags are manufactured using a combination of sewing using a pre-dyed woven polyester designed specifically for the flag industry, and the appliqué of printed knitted polyester for more complicated elements. Each flag is reinforced with a tuck at the heading, and the individual sections are joined using fell and run interlocking seams.
Whilst sewn flags are amongst the most durable flags available and resist colour fading well, their construction makes them heavier than other types of flag and they are not best suited to low wind situations.
These flags tend to be made to order and customers should allow 7-10 days for them to be manufactured and despatched. If your order is time-sensitive, please tell us at the time of ordering.
